For over twelve years, I have been guiding classes, international trainings, and retreats, sharing the practice of meditation in a way that is accessible and relevant in today's world. My interest lies in the merging of western psychology and eastern wisdom and I’ve explored this through dedicated personal practice and over 1000 hours of formal yoga and meditation trainings. I believe meditation is the antidote to the stresses of modern life and offers a simple, practical, and incredibly effective tool to help us harness our creativity, sharpen our focus, enhance relationships, improve sleep and live more fully in each moment.

  • How does meditatehere differ from apps like Calm and Headspace?

    Calm and Headspace have done a great job at building out lots of content (i.e. guided meditations). Our aim at meditatehere is to teach you a skill that you will have forever and one that creates a positive impact on your life. Many participants continue to use apps but you may find that you can find the quiet calm all on your own.

  • What does $88 include? Is there a subscription after that?

    $88 covers the entire program. There are no additional fees and you have unlimited access to the program along with the bonus guided meditations. You can return to the program anytime.

  • Is this a meditation app or something different?

    It's something quite different. This program combines ancient practices of meditation with modern day behavior design. The program has a progression and flow that is designed to be both convenient and highly impactful. Our goal is to teach you a skill whereby you do not need to be reliant on an app to feel better.

  • Can I really learn to meditate effectively by practicing only a few minutes a day?

    Yes. In fact, behavior design shows us that the best way to build a habit is to start small. Further, the meditations are designed to give you a positive effect even in a short time. As you grow into your meditation habit, we have provided bonus materials with longer meditations if you wish to sit for a longer period.
